Shipping Regulations
MySiddurName will make sure to supply any product purchased by the customer at the site to the address entered at the time of ordering.
MySiddurName will make sure your shipment is securely packaged to keep your product safe. It is highly important to us that you get the package undamaged!
The shipment is carried out by a professional and supervised shipping company. If there is a shipping number, you will receive it and you will be able to track it once the product is shipped.

Delivery times for products / services as detailed above are calculated in business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and holidays). Orders received after 13:00 (Israel time) will be considered as if received in the morning of the the following business.
MySiddurName will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by customer errors such as incorrect or inaccurate address or other reasons.
The Company shall not be responsible for any delays or delays in supply and/or incompetence of supply due to force majeure and/or events beyond its control, including strikes, etc.
The shipping fees listed on the site do not include deliveries exceeding 1kg (in that case we will contact you after placing the order)
If the product is not available in stock or for any reason, the product can not be supplied or MySiddurName does not wish to ship the product, MySiddurName will first cancel the order with or without notice to the customer. The customer will not be able to claim any compensation in case of any cancellation made by MySiddurName.
MySiddurName undertakes to provide the customer with an alternative at the same price and in accordance with the customer agreement. If the customer is not interested in the alternative, MySiddurName refund the customer.
